營造和諧(xie)溝通(tong)的班(ban)組(zu)(zu)氛圍。除(chu)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)正式(shi)的、制度化(hua)的交流(liu)途徑之(zhi)外,班(ban)組(zu)(zu)的管理者(zhe)還(huan)要積極(ji)引導,鼓勵自發的、非正式(shi)的交流(liu)溝通(tong)渠道,形成(cheng)一種積極(ji)和諧(xie)的人際(ji)關系,進而增強(qiang)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)的凝聚力和創新(xin)能(neng)力。構建(jian)有效的激(ji)勵與競爭(zheng)機制。通(tong)過靈活的績效考核(he)辦法,采用技能(neng)加(jia)點(dian)、建(jian)議(yi)加(jia)點(dian)、創新(xin)加(jia)點(dian)等(deng)多種小組(zu)(zu)競賽(sai)方式(shi),使班(ban)組(zu)(zu)內部成(cheng)員(yuan)之(zhi)間、各工(gong)段之(zhi)間認識到(dao)誰掙點(dian)越多,得到(dao)的激(ji)勵就越多,反之(zhi)掙的點(dian)少,得到(dao)的就更少,而對于違反規(gui)定(ding)的還(huan)要扣分,從而在整個班(ban)組(zu)(zu)內部形成(cheng)了一種新(xin)的競爭(zheng)機制。
注重引導,提高質(zhi)(zhi)量參與意(yi)識。通過樹立“質(zhi)(zhi)量第一(yi)(yi)”的(de)思想(xiang),學習“質(zhi)(zhi)量控制(zhi)”的(de)理(li)論(lun)和方(fang)法,真(zhen)正理(li)解“我(wo)(wo)的(de)一(yi)(yi)舉一(yi)(yi)動(dong)直接影響(xiang)本工序的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量,而(er)且又(you)會影響(xiang)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)道乃至影響(xiang)整(zheng)個操作(zuo)工序質(zhi)(zhi)量而(er)威脅整(zheng)個作(zuo)業項目的(de)安全(quan)”,為形成從“向(xiang)我(wo)(wo)要質(zhi)(zhi)量”轉變為“我(wo)(wo)要質(zhi)(zhi)量”的(de)良好作(zuo)業意(yi)識奠定基礎(chu)。
加強合(he)作(zuo)(zuo),樹立質(zhi)量(liang)監控意識(shi)。通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)剖析,對(dui)生產運行過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中異常情況處理機制的(de)完善,使每(mei)個(ge)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)都(dou)能了解自己完成各工(gong)(gong)序的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)水平高(gao)低,進(jin)而(er)找到作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)關鍵(jian)點,班組長也能全面、理性地了解每(mei)個(ge)職工(gong)(gong)不同(tong)的(de)特點,根據各關鍵(jian)點“對(dui)癥(zheng)下藥”,進(jin)行有針對(dui)性的(de)對(dui)策攻關,從而(er)顯著(zhu)提高(gao)安全監控力度,最終達(da)到提高(gao)并鞏(gong)固執行作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)標準的(de)可靠率。
開(kai)展交流(liu),激發(fa)質(zhi)量(liang)創新意識。班組(zu)成員定(ding)期召開(kai)小(xiao)組(zu)討論會議(yi),針對日常生產過(guo)程中易出(chu)現的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)問題,搭建(jian)一(yi)個員工(gong)之間信息交流(liu)與溝通的(de)平臺。其(qi)次,要通過(guo)持(chi)續開(kai)展QC活動,充分調動廣大員工(gong)關心質(zhi)量(liang)、參(can)與質(zhi)量(liang)管理、自(zi)覺自(zi)主地解決(jue)問題的(de)自(zi)覺性與熱情。還要認真整理成果材(cai)料積極參(can)加廠內外交流(liu),盡量(liang)安排更(geng)多的(de)小(xiao)組(zu)參(can)加成果發(fa)布會,在與質(zhi)量(liang)專家和優秀(xiu)團隊進行(xing)交流(liu)、探討中,進一(yi)步激發(fa)廣大員工(gong)的(de)榮譽感和進取心

班(ban)組管(guan)理系統的共(gong)享性。通(tong)過計算機共(gong)享系統,班(ban)組有了一(yi)定的生(sheng)產安排和控制主動權,普通(tong)班(ban)組成員也能夠(gou)獨立(li)完成某些需(xu)要其它工種配合才能完成的任務,使(shi)班(ban)組管(guan)理工作(zuo)更具連慣性,從而避免了工作(zuo)失誤(wu)。
