員工“辭而不退”怎么辦?

 有一家企業的人力資源經理最近遇到了這樣一個困惑。 事情是這樣的。某部門要辭退兩名員工,部門經理寫了一份報告,羅列了兩位員工的種種不是,諸如工作態度不端正、能力不足、不服從工作安排等。人力資源經理收到資料后馬上著手處理兩名員工。首先約談兩名

有一(yi)家企業的人力資源(yuan)經理最近遇到了這樣一(yi)個(ge)困惑。

考(kao)慮到人力(li)(li)資源(yuan)部(bu)門(men)的(de)(de)職(zhi)責,也(ye)為了(le)保(bao)障員(yuan)工能夠得到公正、公平(ping)對待,人力(li)(li)資源(yuan)經理把員(yuan)工反饋的(de)(de)信息和部(bu)門(men)經理做(zuo)了(le)交流。部(bu)門(men)經理聽了(le)之后很不開心,并抱怨(yuan)人力(li)(li)資源(yuan)經理沒有原則,不能站在公司角度考(kao)慮問題……雙方交流不歡(huan)而(er)散。

總(zong)經理聽了(le)人(ren)力資源經理的報告之后也犯了(le)難,不知道如何是好?后來,這位總(zong)經理問我怎么辦(ban)?我的建議如下:

首先,要(yao)打破僵局,盡快(kuai)處理好兩(liang)位(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)的離職問題。由人(ren)力資源經理出面,以(yi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)或個人(ren)名義分別和他(ta)(ta)們兩(liang)人(ren)交流,誠懇道歉,求得他(ta)(ta)們諒解。實在不(bu)行,可以(yi)請(qing)總經理花點時間約(yue)談兩(liang)位(wei)員(yuan)工(gong),感謝他(ta)(ta)們過去工(gong)作中所做(zuo)的努(nu)力,按勞動法標準給予相應(ying)補(bu)貼;如果對方需(xu)要(yao),公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)可以(yi)開具正常《離職證明(ming)》。只要(yao)動之以(yi)情,曉之以(yi)理,兩(liang)位(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)通常會(hui)接(jie)受(shou)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的讓步(bu)處理。
