2、是讓(rang)他講給你聽,讓(rang)他重復工作的要點,重復這一步是為了(le)確定他真的是聽明白了(le)。
3、是你做給他看。說(shuo)的再好,不如(ru)動手去做管(guan)理(li)者,要(yao)以身作則,親歷親身示范(fan),告訴員工每一步該如(ru)何(he)去操作。
4、是讓(rang)他做(zuo)給(gei)你看(kan),讓(rang)他現(xian)場演示,要確保他既看(kan)懂(dong)了也會(hui)做(zuo)。
