第三局,缺(que)什么考什么?就考核的重(zhong)點(dian),一般都(dou)會放在那些對員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)很(hen)重(zhong)要(yao),但是(shi)他(ta)目前做的還不夠好的工(gong)作內容(rong)和工(gong)作職責(ze)上,因為考核一般都(dou)會和收入掛鉤,對這些重(zhong)要(yao)的薄弱環節進行(xing)考察,會在很(hen)大(da)程度(du)上,提(ti)(ti)升員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)對于(yu)(yu)這些工(gong)作的重(zhong)視程度(du),促(cu)使他(ta)們努力學習,完成(cheng)這些工(gong)作所需要(yao)的知識(shi)和技能,有(you)利于(yu)(yu)提(ti)(ti)升企業的效率。
